ABOUT

Team Rougaroux Grappling Club creates well-rounded grapplers.

The year is divided into two seasons, each with a different focus.

December to April focuses on folkstyle wrestling.

May to November focuses on jiu jitsu.

While in season, one style will be taught twice per week.

The other style will still be taught once per week.

Competition is not mandatory for participation, but is encouraged for those interested.

Opportunities for competing locally in both wrestling and jiu jitsu are available throughout both seasons.

Month to month membership, cancel or freeze any time
- Kids: $125/month
- Teens: $135/month (includes Adult BJJ classes)
- Teens Wrestling: $100/month (May-July)
Punch Card Membership (no gear or USA Wrestling Membership included)
- $135 for 10 classes within 6 months
Includes: BJJ gi, Team Rougaroux T-shirt and Shorts, USA Wrestling Membership, *singlets for competitors.
Not included: wrestling shoes (recommended for practice, required for competing), head gear
Family membership with discount available for families or multiple children

- 1st-7th Grade
- Introduction to techniques & rules used in folkstyle wrestling
- Wednesday 5:30-6:30pm
- 1st-7th Grade
- Introduction to Brazilian jiu jitsu techniques, rolling, and games.
- Tuesday/Thursday 5:30-6:30pm
- 8th-12th Grade
- beginner and advanced technique, match strategy, and live wrestling.
- Monday/Friday 4:15-5:30pm

APRIL-NOVEMBER
